You choose the format you desire, codes for embedding in your website provided as well. 

I can work with the video/image files you have, or I can come and tape them (no out of Oklahoma City and vicinity area traveling though). The rate for me to take the shots is $20.00/hr, travel time included.

Rates depend on the type and complexity of the video, but I can assure you they are very affordable, generally we are talking about $50.00/minute of video.
